This Organic Wheat Grain is ideal for milling, grinding or sprouting. You can also use it to grow wheatgrass which has many health benefits. Wheat grain can also be cooked and added to soups, salads and puddings. You can pre-soak wheat grain to reduce the amount of time that it needs to be cooked.

We recommend storing grain well sealed in the fridge.
